I believe the Bible is the written word of God, inspired by the Holy Spirit and without error in the original manuscripts. The Bible is the revelation of Gods truth and is infallible and authoritative in all matters of faith and practice. I believe in the Holy Trinity. There is one God, who exists eternally in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. I believe that all are sinners and totally unable to save themselves from Gods displeasure, except by His mercy. I believe that salvation is by God alone as He sovereignly chooses those He will save. I believe His choice is based on His grace, not on any human individual merit, or foreseen faith. I believe that Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God, who through His perfect life and sacrificial death atoned for the sins of all who will trust in Him, alone, for salvation. I believe that God is gracious and faithful to His people not simply as individuals but as families in successive generations according to His Covenant promises. I believe that the Holy Spirit indwells Gods people and gives them the strength and wisdom to trust Christ and follow Him. I believe that Jesus will return, bodily and visibly, to judge all mankind and to receive His people to Himself. I believe that all aspects of our lives are to be lived to the glory of God under the Lordship of Jesus Christ. --- I believe that God is in control over my love-life. When the time is right, He will provide a spouse for me. In the meantime, I don't need to date around, rather I trust God to support me and provide for all my needs in my time of singleness. I believe that dating to fulfill personal needs for fun, excitement, and love without a life-time commitment is selfish in respect to the other person involved and does not do anything to glorify God. I believed that becoming romantically involved with anyone at this time in my life would only be a hindrance to my walk with God. At this time in my life I need to grow in my faith and focus on relationships with friends and family. I believe in courtship/being courtship minded. I believe that settling for dating is like settling for second best while God has something so much better waiting for us. --- I believe that life begins from the moment of conception. I believe that any termination of that life for any reason is murder and abominable in Gods sight.
